Office Hours

10:00am- 5:00 pm – 7 days per week

For On-Call Visit requests only: 9:00am- 8:00pm 7 days per week

Payment

Billing for Daily Dog Walks, Standard Pet Visits, Visit with Walk, and On-call visits is processed the weekend following each weeks worth of provided services.  For all invoices, you have 15 days to pay your invoice in full.  After 15 days, a $15 LATE FEE will be assessed and a finance charge of 18% per year will begin to accrue.  If payment becomes 60 days past due, we will take legal action to recover all monies including applicable attorney’s fees and court costs.

A handling fee of $50.00 will be charged on all returned checks.  In addition, client is responsible for all bank service fees caused as a result of a returned check.

Cancellations

Client is required to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for Daily Dog Walk, Standard Pet Visit, and Visit with Walk.  Client is required to give 7 days prior notice for cancellation of Non-Holiday Vacation Pet Sitting.  Client is required to give 14 days prior notice for cancellation of  Holiday Vacation Pet Sitting.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances; however, we will provide credit for future services if proper notices is given.  If proper notice is not given or if we arrive for a scheduled visit without notice of cancellation and are turned away- client will be charged for the visit.

Holidays

An additional $10.00 holiday surcharge will apply on the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve beginning at 4:00pm through New Year’s Day ending at 4:00pm, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve beginning at 4:00pm and Christmas Day.

Inclement Weather

If it’s too hot, cold, or stormy outside, or your dog resists their full-length walk, your scheduled block of time will be spent on inside activities.  If a walk has to be cancelled, you will be notified and will not be charged.

Emergencies

Client is required to have a Veterinary Treatment Authorization form on file.  This form will be used to authorize treatment in the event that your pet requires treatment during your absence, while in our care, and we are unable to contact you at the time.  Client is responsible for any resulting veterinary bills and additional service fees of $35.00 per hour for attending to this need.
